I have a prolactinoma and also migraines. I have been told that nausea meds can make the prolactinoma grow. What do you take for vomiting and nausea?

Hi shelia , i had prolactinoma ( pituiterytumor) en 2006

i had infertility problem caused by high prolactin , after an MRI they found a big prolactinoma , Endocrinlogist gave me Dostinex to shrink the tumor , the medicin was effective the symptom was severe headache and nausea

after regular MRI checkup they found white matter lesion on the brain , I worried a lot and thought it was MS and theyreffered me to the neurology on 2014 , I had blood test and lumbar puncture , i've been diagnosed with chronic migraine since 2015

the prolactin hormone that make the prolactinoma grow , when i was pregnant at 5 months the undocrinologist prescribed dostinex to me to dont let the prolactinoma to grow and I didnt breastfeed my daughter because the level of prolactin is high during pregnancy and when u breastfeed
