I am having great luck also with Magnesium 400, B1 400mg, And B12 1500 (under tongue). Now my headaches are only related to neck issues, which I am in physical therapy for. I have just weaned off Topamax after taking for 12 years and am quite excited. I never realized how much my neck effected my headaches
