Hemiplegic Migraine osteopath Treatment

I was diagnosed about 7 weeks ago with a Hemiplegic Migraine. At first they thought it was stroke. Hospital put me on meds which caused other complications. Finally they decided to take me off everything. The pain in my head was excruciating. I put up with the pain for weeks. I was unable to work. Decided this week to see my osteopath for alternative treatment. Wow within two days the pain has been reduced from a 10 down to 3. Absolute bliss. Still a long way to go yet. When I am talking I sometimes can't find the words to say and my memory isn't good. But apparently that may take a year to come right. Was told to take things very slowly and not to beat myself up.

That's really good news - take it easy and I hope you continue to improve.
