I'm having headache for almost 2 years. It just started one day without anything triggering it and continues until today. I don't know what kind of headache is it. Well, let me describe my headache and what's my habit.
It is like there is a base level of "let's say 1" degree of pain which will always be there. It does annoys me a little bit but I got used to it over time. Sometimes the pain added on to around level 3 to 5 when I rushed things, quick temperature change, not sleeping well last night. These activities i mentioned triggered headache before I even have the "daily headache" so I guess they're not related. Oh it pains mostly at one side or both sides. Panadol do helps to recover but only back to the base level 1 of pain.
How I reacted to it. Well, at first I went to clinic and suspected to have migraines and doctor gave me medicine for migraines (green colored ones) but it doesn't help at all like zero effect. Then I started go for healthier lifestyle as I thought I ate too much of fries stuff. I don't always drink soft drinks, sweet drinks, I prefer plain water. I rarely eat snacks, chips etc. Fast food or unhealthy meal I guess 1-5 times a month. I sleep mostly at around 11pm-1am and I woke up at 7-8am. I faced computer devices most of the time like from 8am until 11pm. Yes I know this is bad but is it the cause?
I haven't done any scan yet but I'm planning to consult a doctor in hospital so before I need information and preparation like what of my habits that might be the cause before I go to doctor.
