I have been suffering from migraines for just over two years now, I think likely due to high stress levels. I suffer from auras before the onset migraine and find that the headache itself can last for around three days and can cause sickness. I'm unsure really what help I can receive or what over the counter medications may help so am reaching out for any advice about this. Thanks!

Personally I have found over the counter meds don't work at all, Triptans being the only thing that works but which you would need a prescription for. I have heard some people have been helped by Migraleve which I think is OTC?

Not what you're looking for?
