Have you tried cutting out gluten? I've cut down rather than cut it out and it's made a huge difference to migraine.
I have been taking rizitriptan for a while now. Works pretty well, but when it doesn't, I give myself injections of sumatriptan.
MSG is another big hitter along with gluten and dairy. Do you have any neck issues?
