Hi

I find sleeping with the window open helps to clear my head . I turn the radiator off in the bedroom too.

I've started slimming world and the food intake seems to be helping me a lot , to avoid certain foods and drinks .

I drink at least 8 pints a day and walk everyday for fresh air .

Does this help or anyone experiencing the same as me ?

I sleep with the window open all year round. I find I get more restless when I have forgotten to open the window.

I drink plenty of water too. I haven't found any food triggers yet (25yrs) but red wine can sometimes set one off.

I listen to my body and if I feel sleepy I let it happen, this can sometimes be a warning sign of an impending migraine.

I always have my window open. Never gave a radiator on in my bedroom. Drink plenty of water and alcohol is a 100% trigger. I do neck and shoulder exercises every morning all this seems to be very beneficial to the amount and severity of my headaches (hemicrania continua). I'm also on the gammacore trial which is also helping. Good luck
