Hello. I see you are in Australia. I am in the UK so this may not be available to you. I suffered badly with Hemicrania continua. I tried all the recommended drugs but they did not work or made me ill. Finally my consultant put me on prescription melatonin. I had to experiment with the dose but eventually settled on 9mg at night and that has kept it under control for years. I've never slept well since I started to take it but to me that's better than the pain. Hope you find some help.

Hi I hated indomethacin because of the side effects and eventually it caused ulceration throughout my gastric system so that forced the consultant to go down another route. Also now I can never take ibruprofen if I have a muscle injury because of the permanent damage to my gut. So do try and find something else if you can
