Anyone every get BOTOX IN DOWN THEIR SPINE AND NECK?
Many people are told they have neck or back bone spurs and or herniated discs in their spine. Botox injections were given to me regularly in NYC in the '90s in my neck and down my spine, and head. I had ALMOST COMPLETE RELIEF FROM MIGRAINES. This BOTOX procedure in the spine doesn't seems like it's still going on, but I know it helped me enormously. If you think about what Botox does, RELAXING MUSCLES, then any muscle tension in the back and neck makes perfect sense - NOT making pain radiate or emerge into your head. See what your doctor says.

I have it in my forehead, above my ears, base of skull and down my shoulder muscles for chronic migraine. My neurologist said he no longer gives them down each side of the neck as people complain it causes weakness. It's been great for my migraines so far. Recommend.
Most of my migraines are in the base of my skull, neck and shoulders it actually feels like someone's pushing a red hot poker into my brain stem. The needles don't go deep and to be honest I won't worry about my brain stem while I'm getting some pain free weeks. I'm confident my Nuerologist knows what he's doing.
recommend ice gel on neck and forehead for pain relief.
