So its like im having scalp pain along with thw ringing in my ears . When I drank a beer last night it seemed to have gotten worse. It is so frustrating. I have been wondering about acoustic nueroma. With ct, im sure they would have seen one that is causing me such horrific events. This is really scaring mw but I am trusting God for a miracle and some answers. I am seeing my nuerologist today for my MRA follow up as well as my cervical spine MRI. I have heard that nlood vessela can be constricted by muscles in your neck and thats why she did the cervical spine MRI.
Gods Got This!! Hope you all have a great day

Have already suggested B12 deficiency on an earlier post.
Strongly recommend that you ask your doctor to get that ruled out as a possibility or get them to confirm that they really have ruled it out as a possibility.
Well, I'm not god but I hope she will provide comfort because if you "just" have Migraines, there's little to do besides go live in a bubble. I work at UCLA and our excellent Neurologists will not encourage MRIs for Migraines because, in the case of Migraines, they don't reveal anything. It's good that your Neurologist is checking you out to eliminate truly scary things that could be exacerbating your Migraines. Stay strong; it takes as long as it takes to figure out.
