After struggling for years I have just been told that my mother is the result of rape. Could this be why I have mental health problems?

try an 8 week Mindfulness course...it helps to focus on the moment and not the past (which you cant change) or the future (which is still unknowable) Not an instant cure but a different way of looking at things....youve made it this far, so well done you xx

Well dear I don't believe that is the case as I know many many people who suffer with headaches or migraine or cluster headache that I also have, and they are from a normal family life and still have these problems.

If you know any such sort of thing, this might be upsetting for you Psychologically now but may be not the reason of mental health as these problems are in the human gene that dictates the body to act. Some families have high blood pressure or diabetics problems and no matter how much care they observe, they are gonna get it regardless of the efforts that they are doing in avoiding them because the gene dictates the body to do so. . For what you just wrote, You might wanna get help from a psychiatrist and get help from a neurologist about your mental problem

Dear Sammy-jojo, if you believe in God, try to imagine how much He loves you and how He sees all your pain. Imagine if you were God, how would you feel about Sammy-jojo? Our world is in a transition state and before too long He will act to rescue His beloved children. Your mother was blameless in what happened, why would you be punished for that. Love her for giving you life and remember that all around the world you have brothers and sisters who feel for you and value your feelings for them.
