Face pain

My cousin has excruciating face pain which doctors can't diagnose but sounds to me like migraine: it's one side or the other, but never both at the same time. It's around the jaw, but she's had her wisdom teeth removed and it's still there. She's often nauseous with it. Has anyone here had migraine diagnosed without any pain in the head?

Have they considered trigeminal neuralgia?

I'm sure they must have done Katiedoodle, but I'll check it out with her.
