Fitbit advice for a Migraine sufferer

Does any migraine sufferer use a fitbit?

My old one has expired and I am looking to replace it. I can't decide between the fitbit luxe and the fitbit Charge 5.

So I am wondering if any fellow migraine sufferer uses one and what their experience of it is. I'm a bit concerned that they both promote multi colours and bright screens.

I am sure you will understand that I am a bit apprehensive about this.

Hi there, I just got one at Christmas and went for the inspire 2 simply because it isnt to flashy/ colourful on its screen. So I can well understand why the thought is daunting. If you do get one of those models I would be interested to hear how you get on with it.

Thank you Folklady for your answer. It's difficult isn't it? I just don't want a flashing device on my wrist. I tried the Apple watch but I found it horrible with the lurid coloured rings. I had to send it back. How have you got on with the inspire?

It's fine with regard to triggering migraine. But it is not an all singing and dancing one but that is fine for me. I really got it for the sleep tracking because sleep, whether I sleep too much or too little affects my migraines. But to be honest it is not as good as I had hoped. It is really good as a prompt to drink more water and be more active though.

I think that's all I need too really. Although the water thing, as a migraine sufferer I drink tonnes of the stuff anyway. It's hard to be active isn't it when you are a migraine sufferer?

Yes, there is nothing like a migraine stopping you in your tracks. Actually I take it back what I said about the sleep tracking on the inspire 2 as it has been really pretty good lately. I think I am just getting to grips with it.

Ah, that's interesting Folklady. It maybe that I need to consider the Inspire 2 now as well. Thank you
