I’m having awful migraines with gastro pain (especially through the night). Could anyone recommend the above nhs preferred in a pm please.

Curious what you mean by "gastro pain"..

Our son has CVS- chronic vomiting syndrome, which is migraines in his stomach. The pain always starts with stomach pain.

Or its sometimes labeled as Cyclicial Vomiting Syndrome.
