So I’m almost at the end of my first week of Couch to 5K and part of my motivation was being diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine, I was told that exercise could help, has anybody else have any experience of this? Also is it a life long condition?

I am so sorry that you are having to experience these. I just listened to a Podcast about them, I know you could e-mail the migraine Specialist these question. The Podcast is " Heads Up"..
The previous episodes are also very helpful.
To get to the Podcast just download an App ( Castbox, Podcast player, etc) and then search for Heads Up.
