I’m curious what everyone’s typical day with MG is. I have myositis as primary and I’m unsure which one is causing certain symptoms. I normally have about two good hours in the morning. Then around 1 I have to go lay down for a few hours. Not sleep necessarily but to rest. Then I can make dinner and I have to lay on the couch most of the evening after. Very hard to get anything done.
