Hi Stewart,

You could always have a course of steroids/Prednisolone. This has always worked for me.

I was prescribed Cellcept (immune suppressants) which is what I believe really helped the Occular symptoms but unfortunately doesn't seem to be holding the generalised.

Mestinon is not a treatment - it is symptom control and does nothing to treat Mg long term. I take between 4-8 60mg tablets daily to treat symtoms. Alternatives are neostigine - not as effective - or

Several people on various forums say they prefer it but as it is a OTC supplement I would consult your neurologist as well before considering.
