why wont my doctor give me a certificate for depression? only he gives me tablets then said your not on the computer

Sorry just got back from doctors yesterday was a bit angry, He said i was not down for depression on the computer i said to him why are you giving me anti-depression tablets (Fluoxetine) if im not down as suffering from depression, he did not answer me

I was confused about that as well. When you say the doctor won't give you a certificate do you mean sick note for work?

its so i can reclaim ESA only i recently lost an appeal, i cant put Back pain down on the ESA form apparently because i put it down originally, ive also been diagnosed with MRSA iim having an operation in march and went for a assessment and they sent result to the doctor,

See your psychologist and get a letter. I see mine fortnightly and they fill in all my forms, sort out my finances, claims etc.

Yeah if you have been turned down for back problems you can't claim it again for 6 months unless it has become significantly worse. But you can claim for a new illness. So try claiming for MRSA. Good luck

Thanks for you help been applying scrub for last few days and putting drops up nose need to get rid of MRSA i have an appointment today about debt so im happy, tomorrow i sign on not looking forward to that but need money, being on my own now i need the rent payed and the dog fed, will need also to get help from a psychologist dont know how to go about it but will try Mind for help, so much has happened to me since my mother died in nov 2011 i feel like everything is getting worse if it was not for my little staff Charlie i dont know where i would be
