Weak thighs

What causes thighs to weaken and collapsed and weaken when journey orders walking?

I had a major leg injury and was off my feet (for the most part) for four months. My leg muscles became weak. I’m now going to physical therapy for strengthening exercises. I need to be able to walk.

Walking to far without rest I suppose ????Personally I have problems with Hip and spine caused by PsA

Have you been running or climbing or doing weights. Things like that can cause this proble. Swimming used to cause the same problem. When I was younger I would go swimming and that caused the same problems you say you have.
