sure it was medication that made me like and anxiety never used to be like this.

Hi yes I do or did suffer from constant vertigo and migraine and it ain’t nice.

This can be not enough sleep which then resets patches clears the cache and then re starts the next day.

I did have four days of and I couldn’t even stand up.

There is a kinda migrain disorder that you can suffer from which won’t help with vertigo.

I’m using antihistamines now for much much better sleep and I feel so much better with hardly any headaches etc

I suffer with anxiety aswell so wondering if this causes it to be worse

Well it’s not gonna help as if your suffering from anxiety you most probably will be setting of your fight and flight which then can cause migrains etc
