Don't put too much pressure on yourself and try to enjoy and relax in the now moment, feel everything and your body relax from top to bottom, slowly and hopefully - you let go of all the tension, stress and worries. You are recovery mode and just getting back into life - ease into it slowly -really slowly

Smallest things are sending me head in all directions temper and rage being the main two

Pause and think and try not to put it all on you and gently release - let go - breadth and concentrate on that - counting in for 7 and out for 7 and think of more relaxing setting - imaging a nice scenery - Island and you on holiday relaxing

Gone diffrent route my mate 5 zopiclone to try sleep it off nout else working bin like this all day

Try to think/concentrate on interesting things or conversations/topics that really interest you. Getting involved in something that makes you happy - making something, writing a journal on things that you are grateful or you really like Try doodling or drawing funny drawing or watch funny youtube videos

Try and relax, try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique that should help you relax
