I have been having bumps on my penis and it’s itching me though no pains..what could be the cause?

It could be many things. Best see a doctor or go to a sexual health clinic.

Bumps? Best get this checked out by your Dr, don't be embarrassed it could be a number of things like fibrous tissue caused by trauma, or man can get cancer of the penis but don't want to alarm you as this is rare, or if the bumps are tiny they could be genital warts so would need more of a description really. Your best bet is to go n see your Doctor in confidence and get some help before it gets worse.
