I’m 2 weeks and 3 days post circumcision can I lay down in the bath and have a full body soak?

Is your wound now fully healed?

Unless all parts of your circumcision wound are fully healed you should not take baths to wash yourself, but use a shower so as not to be sitting in dirty water and allowing it to get to your wounds.

I took a bath on day 6. Dressing came off less than 24 hours after the op and surgeon recommended keeping it dry for 2-3 days. Showered for a couple of days and then took a short bath. My incision line wasn't visible though due to swelling and the loose cut I had done.
