Ejaculation when you are on sleep is normal. It usually happen when you are teenager or under 30 yo and you haven't got ejaculated recently. Your body just flush out overproducted semen.
Hi nightfall is completely normal especially after no ejaculation for sometime. it should not affect the wounds after your circumcision just clean it off completely with some salted water. It happens to every guy but it decreased as you get older. 👍🏼
