I had my ZSR surgery done Yesterday by Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta.Can anybody guide me with wound dressing? should I always keep micro tape?

Upto 48hrs (2 days) dont take bath. Let surgeon dressing remain. Then take bath and allow for water to pass through penis, esp incision. Slightly pull back skin and let water pass through. Once you are out of shower, use saline water over the incision and clean with saline wet cotton. Allow it to dry for 5 mins. Apply Tbact/Neosporin or whatever your doc prescribed. Use sterile gauze to cover and microspore tape to stick it together. I am into 12 th day today. Around 9th/10th the silicon ring fell off while wiping with saline dipped cotton. DONT pull the ring forceably. It bleeds esp days when ring falls off. Good luck.
