I had a circumcision last October and it's taking a long time to heal and does anyone know what the red bits are just at the bottom of the head of the penis please thanks in advance.

You have had a long run. Have you ever thought to seek advice of medical professional? There must be some clinics open today, tomorrow and next week.
I agree with S2BC that you need to visit your doctor. I do not recognise your glans issue as part of the circumcision recovery process. Your penis seems to have recovered well.
