Pain will still be there and may still be present till around 2-3 weeks so don't worry as it reduces . You seem to be be healing well too . Cheers !
Pain is part of the process...that said, when and where you feel the pain is important. You can call your urologist to get reassurance or he/she may want to see you. All in all, from what I see this looks like it’s healing well. You can use an non scented lotion, apply gently and follow up with your doctor.
