Anyone else here have retrograde ejaculation?

I was prescribed Finasteride a few years ago and one of the side effects was retrograde ejaculation. To be honest, it didn't really bother me although it bothered my wife as she thought that I hadn't cum when she gave me a handjob.

I didn't notice a difference in the orgasm, just the lack of mess. That was a win for me.

It bothered my wife so much that I took myself off the Finasteride and started to ejaculate properly again.

In my case it is not retrograde but dry because I had a radical prostatectomy. When I have orgasm, the muscles still contract but nothing comes out of my urethra, the feeling is different. If you want us to discuss it I'm open.

Mine was because of BHP (enlarged prostate). I have had 1 green laser, and 2 Turp. All failed and am due for another Turp in 3 weeks.

This followed having bladder cancer in 2018.

Our conditions are different but the result is that we shoot blank with our penises, do you get used to that?

I did not have an enlargement but following a high psa test and biopsy I had localized prostate cancer and there was no risk to take and they removed my entire ejaculatory system ( prostate, seminal vesicles and vas deferens) in 2018 too. My bladder was completely spared and I am in good health today but I cross my fingers.

Since commencing Tamulosin for BPH, I have a retrograde ejaculation maybe 50% of the time. It is totally unpredictable. When it does happen I feel a "bang" in my perineum. Its not sore, just a bit strange. I masturbate at least once a day, and the retro has not put me off.

I suffer with retrograde ejaculation, the sexual experience is ruined because of it, what should be the climax is just the opposite.It make's me feel inadequate and stops me from looking for a partner and someone to share my life with.
