What's wrong?
You really need to go and have a chat with your doc about this. Why you are having issues needs to be ascertained and appropriate treatment decided upon.
Hi mate ,
It's difficult to suggest without more information. How old are you? Are you experiencing ED offlate ? From when did you start to notice ED? Do you have any other medical conditions? Do you suffer from stress and anxiety? Do you suffer from obesity?
Get your testosterone levels checked. You can consult your doctor for zinc and magnesium supplements.
I've gotta join in with the others here and say that you should either give us more info or speak to a doctor or both.
I know how daunting it can be, speaking to a doctor about your sex life. The first time I had an issue I was still a virgin. I thought he was going to ask me all sorts of awkward questions and judge me for still being a virgin in my early 20's.
Of course, this didn't happen. He was very professional and delicate about the questions he did ask. This was my third appointment as the first two I had 'other issues' to discuss in case I chickened out. On my third visit, I blurted out the issue before I had even sat down.
I have been examined by many doctors since then, many of them female, and have always found them to be professional. I have one doctor who tries to avoid examining me unless I feel there is an urgent need and I respect her for that.
In your case though, I feel that it is unlikely that you will need to be examined. The first thing to do is to have a chat. In the current situation, telephone consultations are more common which may make things easier for you.
Best of luck.
