I feel like my circumcision was redundant. It looks like there is still too much skin left, which can be pulled back, but does this not defeat the purpose of circumcision? There is still some swelling, but is it supposed to look like this?
When I have an erection, it feels tight because of the excess skin.
What do you guys think?
Doesn’t looks healthy. Do you have any erected pics. If you are a grower then leave as it is. Otherwise its totally a mess.

I really like the partial circumcision look. Your urethra is exposed, which gives you health benefits. It’s much cleaner and at the same you have the gliding motion of the foreskin. I really like the ridged of your foreskin, it’s really nice. Your urethra is exposed at all times.
You can always get more cut off, but if they cut off to much, it makes life much harder because you have to expand skin as opposed to cutting off more skin.
I know you are not happy, but please remember try touching these exposed skin and see which parts are sensitive before cutting off more. Also can you use the gliding motion during masterbation? The tightness may go away after some time, but give it a chance before cutting off more.
How did the sensitivity and pleasure change?
I’ve never seen a circumcision like yours, but then again I never saw a circumcision like mine before either. Remember circumcision is like a box of chocolates 
Thank you very much for your informative input. It does slightly put me at ease. I was of the notion that all circumcisions look the same, so I was in a panic seeing mine not look like most I have seen here.
To answer your questions:
I can use the gliding motion, although not all the way. I think it's because of the little bit of swelling that is still present. So I will wait a few more months and see if there are any changes.
Concerning sensitivity and pleasure, I can't say much has changed. The only difference is the point of stimulation. When masturbating, before circumcision, I used to stimulate the head more, now I focus more on the shaft.

Everyone thinks that all cuts must be behind glans, but there is no wrong or right way to be circumcised. If someone says that all circumcisions must have the glans fully exposed while flaccid, then the major grower will suffer with tight erections. When ever rules are made like that, somebody will suffer for it.
It’s interesting because the nerves of your penis moved closer to your body, which makes sense.
Phimosis? Then you probably had a partial circumcision.
