hello, for the past good few years, I’ve been having pre menopause symptoms, ie, hot flushes and just being uncomfortable in my skin. Unfortunately I have no female friends could tell me what is a usual symptom and what’s unusual , can anyone please tell me some of their symptoms so I can, in a way tick them off as being the norm. Also, if anyone has any tips for now and on what to expect to come. Thank you and I hope you stay as well sweetheart as you can.

🙂 You can find helpful information in this link..nhs.uk/conditions/menopause/

And..type Menopause in the searchbox (top right) to see links to previous discussions 🙂

They can happen when the pores in the area become clogged. I think menopause would affect this, it changes the conditions of the skin. Most people get dry, but not all. Do they hurt? Like a pimple? A an idea to see if it helps until you see the GYN is soak in a hot tub with Epsom salts. See if that helps at all. I wish you the best and a resolution to this annoying problem!
