After admission to hospital various blood tests and a lumber puncture. Treatment was with Aciclovir which caused a severe kidney injury.

Hi,

I was given an injection in my stomach of penicillin and then my body was shut down as I was put on life support and given blood transfusions. I had 2 lumbar punctures when I was unconcious.

When I was awake I was given an injection in my stomach twice a day but I'm not sure what medication I was given, sorry.

When I got home, I still had antibiotics to take for a month and anti depressants.
