I had this about 5 years ago i saw my doc who said i had sinus trouble he gave me meds but still felt very ill in the endi saw an emergency doc who relised what was going on iwas in hospital for 8 weeks when allowed home i was weak had memorey loss and was of work for so long i was forced in to retirment i still have bad headaches life has never been the same

I had bacteria meningitis 5 years ago this April I know what it is like I still have the headaches , go for MRI scans every year to check if anything else could lead to but to now I am ok . I have learned to live with the headaches , just be strong and as my wife tells me I am still alive. Take care

I had meningitis in 2017. Was in hospital for a week. Have short term memory loss and headaches still.
