I have a hard time urinating after having BM a year ago. The only way I can do it is to severely tighten my abs and bear down hard. It's scary because it could lead to a urinary tract infection. Anyone else?

I dont have this issue but sounds like nerve damage and you are best to consult with Urologist asap. Good luck 👍 and I hope you can resolve this.
