3 moths post vm. achy arms ?

Achy arms ? 3 month s post vm , still off work , still head aches but the aches in my arms are horrendous, like I have been carrying boxes all night ... any one else have this ?

I, seriously, have aches and pains everywhere. I am now 8 months out and still have aches, numbness, weakness...but the worst is the shakes. I tremble a lot and have what I take to be anxiety attacks. Yes, this stuff truly sucks. But the less I think about it the better. I am back to work, walking, reading...but find that the more I talk about it, the worse it is. Stay strong and move. Best advice I can give.

When does this stop !!! And why do we get pains like this , I’m going to the doctors to try n get some better understanding of it all

I know what u mean , the more I talk about it the more symptoms i can mention , just want to feel normal 😩
