I live by busy road and live in apartment. Sounds like the volume is turned up and I can't tolerate all the different sounds

Hi, it’s very common to become overwhelmed with noise . I used ear plugs to dampen sounds and my anxiety. It could be tv , 3 people in a conversation, a restaurant, traffic, store, caisher noise anything really, etc...

it took over a year for sounds to feel normal again. I still pack ear plugs, for just in case! 😉 good luck, u will adapt as we all do, and time will heal .

Take care Sonnerkay

Thank you. It's just so extreme. I live right beside a 5 lane busy road, and it's so loud to me in my apartment

, I have mattress blocking windows and doors to block out sound. The volume is turned up in my ears and I can't tolerate at the constant non stop commotion of trucks and cars. I have to sleep in my closet I'm so sensitive to the vibrations and sounds.
