My 35 year old son was just released from a 3 day hospital stay with VM. He’s just moved cross country to start a new teaching position. He went back to teaching 6 days post diagnosis. So worried about how he will manage the recovery all alone!!

Some people "sail" through with no after effects. They are the lucky ones. Hopefully that will be your son. If not, healthy eating and rest are key. It seems that I am not the only one who cannot tolerate caffeine and some have said alcohol, but I don't drink anyhow, after so he might want to skip those for a while.

Good luck.
