Could it be possible that I have meningitis I have headaches left side my lung is infected i have tb and other stuff I've been getting head aches since a 2 month ago

We are not medically trained on here so cannot advise you whether or not that you have Meningitis. You need to see a doctor and be examined, so that your symptoms can be considered as to what may be causing them. It could be caused by the tb, the medications you are on or other reasons. Meningitis can only be verified by a lumber puncture. Some people with tb do develop tb Meningitis. You need to be taking your medications for the tb as prescribed and I think that continues for a long time to fully treat the tb. Please seek a medical examination as soon as possible.
