my son was diagnosed with severe mastoditis on november 5 he was due for a mastiodectomy on 26 february ,sadly he died from meningitus 8 feb

if he had had the operation sooner would he have contracted meningitus,i took him into hospital semi conscious on the sunday where they said he had an infection and would be on on iv anti biotics for at least 72 hours the ent doctors then decided to do the mastiodectomy on monday sent home tuesday with pain killers rushed back to hospital friday semi conscious again where he was diagnosed with meningitus 3 months later he died on february 8

I don't know anything about this but I'm sorry for you losing your son. I imagine your pain is horrendous.
