I'm not really much help but it will depend on the area you live in. I would start by googling privàte independent social worker, but I suppose you want recommendations, A lady on this forum (Jo Fisher) used to advocate the one she used and actually posted her phone number, but no idea of area she lived in. I haven't seen her on this site for a while but if you search for her posts you may be able to find it.
