easy read resources about separation and divorce

My son is 30 and lives in a supported living flat.

My husband and I are separating and he has taken it really badly. Does anyone know of social stories or resources that might help him come to terms with it? We’re answering his questions as best we can and I’m trying to not show that I’m upset.

Thanks

Hi Dramalam , sorry to hear about your situation. You could try Books Beyond Words - they have a wide range of social stories, though most need to be purchased. I'm not sure if they have anything around divorce specifically, but they do update their resources all the time so it's worth taking a look or getting in touch with them. Their website is booksbeyondwords.co.uk

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you do find anything as I'm sure other members of the community may be interested.
