Eviction from supported living

My son is being threatened with eviction from his supported living accommodation. The staff made an application to housing benefit and they made an error. The housing benefit are not backdating any payment.

The company are demanding that I pay or he will be evicted. Where can I go for assistance? What are his rights?

hello. Get in touch with a charity called CASCAIDR. They may be able to help.
