I was trying to find the information when the LD community was consulted about how they wished to identify , I believe they chose Learning Disability but I am unable to find any documentation/paper to substantiate this , can anyone help please

I think around 1993 the term properly started to be used. Now in clinical settings they are it intellectual disability.
