Hi there

That's quite a wide question... I see there were no responses... Some more detail may bring answers?

Good luck, Steve

Hi there, I don’t really have any experience with this, but mental health awareness is definitely of huge importance, especially because of the quite high link between people with learning disabilities also having mental health issues.

I agree with Steve that perhaps more detail could bring about more detailed responses, but either way I hope things are well for you/within whatever your specific circumstances may be.

What I can recommend is potentially reaching out to Mencap’s helpline at 0808 808 1111 or send an email to helpline@mencap.org.uk, as they’ll most likely have the expertise you’re after!
