Amending an existing Deputyship order

I'm applying to amend the existing CoP Deputyship order for financial affairs, set up several years ago. My ex-wife applied but I am excluded from conversations about how my son, with limited capacity, chooses to use his money.

I was not named on the original order, so was not notified. I'd like to apply to to be added to the existing court order, to be an additional Deputy acting jointly and severally.

My questions are:

1. Which forms need to be submitted? CoP1 and CoP4. Any others?

2. When do I need to notify the people listed on the form?

3. Do I need to pay a fee?
