I'm new here. I love horses and I'd like to live near them. I am mobile but need supervision for everything I do due to my disability. I'm in mid 20s. I don't know how to find a supported living which offers all horse activities. Can anyone help me find one , please? My Social worker cannot find a placement to meet my needs either. If I cannot find a place, I will end up at a place which offers limited horse activities. My parents are trying to find a new home for me but not successful yet. I appreciate if anyone give me some advice how to find a supported living or residential care home with horse activities.

Camphill Village Trust near Stourbridge says it has day opportunities with horses. I found my daughter volunteering placements by contacting stables myself and now she helps two afternoons a week at trekking stables with supported from a Shared Lives worker. Sometimes City Farms offer volunteering placements too but probably not full time.

Hello Oto3 inSomerset there is a place called The Conquest Centre which offers riding for disabled but you would probably need to be living nearby in Taunton but there may be other riding centres for disabled near where you live?Good luck in your quest
