Hi Everyone

Has anyone got any advice on how I can do this . This is largely due to the lack of carers in our area and maybe only on a short term basis.

Who do need to talk with ? Any advice would be great

Thanks

Does your daughter have a direct payment to pay for her care? If you can’t find anyone it would be a good idea to ask her social worker if you can be allowed to be paid out of her direct payment until you can find a more permanent solution. Make sure you explain that you can’t work due to looking after her. Also if this is allowed you will have to declare the income so make sure it doesn’t affect any other benefits etc.
