Hi there. So sorry to hear you are lonely. I don’t live in Hertfordshire but there is mencap in Watford I believe so perhaps you could contact them direct. Can anyone else living in Hertfordshire make some suggestions ?

Contact Salpi Gulbekian at St Albans Council. She runs all sorts of groups and might be able to help you. There is a really good Special Olympics group that she can tell you about.

Making friends can be hard, particularly during a pandemic!

Dacorum Mencap is near you and they run a lot of activities -

They even have friendship scheme that might good for you -directory.hertfordshire.gov...

Do you work or go school or college? That might be a good way to meet people too.
