I think this may happen for several reasons . If it’s persistent you must see your GP. Sleeping for too long or too short.

Blood pressure

Tooth ache/ infection

Pillow.

Or some other head or body problem. Not qualified in medicine so please don’t take it as the reason

Best to see your GP.

All the best.

Hi there.

I’ve been on medication for migraine headaches for a few years. I often wake up with a headache 🤕 and I’ve found if I get out of bed as soon as I’ve woken up it stays, if I lay in bed for 10-15 minutes after I’ve woken up the headache tends to go off easier.

Not enough fluids is a big cause of headaches so maybe take a bottle of water to bed with you and if you wake up in the night have a drink. (Only problem with that is I get up every couple of hours to P).

That's something I would end up doing and I don't get enough sleep as it is.

Hello

This sounds horrible. Please do talk to your GP about this. Let us know how you get on.

Best wishes

And when I talk, I feel something weird in my nose.

Definitely a question for your doctor. They will be able to help with this. I know it can be tricky getting an appointment sometimes, but if you call them up and say what is bothering you they will help.

Best wishes

I spoke to a pharmacist and he said to ring my doctor in the morning.

Hi. When you mentioned the nose ... could it be your sinuses?? I have suffered migraines since I was 16 (I’m now 52) To cut a long story short I contacted the doctor as (twice) I had clear liquid dripping from my nose - not the usual “runny nose” - this was like clear water ... and I was really freaked out. He sent me for a scan on my head and he rang me (panic stations!) .. to say I had a chronic sinus problem! I had no other symptoms whatsoever - not even a blocked nose - but I wondered could this account for the constant headaches. So would that be worth asking? Just a thought .... good luck x

I spoke to him today about it and he said to take paracetamol (doesn't work) and to do neck exercises, because I hear like a clicking noise in my head when I walk.

I see you call yourself Lonely. Being lonely can make you very poorly but talking normally helps. I'd agree with the above, see the doctor.

Hey there.

As others have said it’s good to talk to your GP. Sometimes when one aches/pains are symptoms of HA just getting some reassurance from the GP can really help. And having an outlet to talk is also a good thing.

Hope everything goes well with your GP today.
