Not too pleased in South Manchester. My son, age 50, special ed,[MLD] till 19yrs. Now known to be Autistic { waiting for report] Refused help on Care Act 2014 as he has Driving licence and lives at home with me [I am 82 and worried for his future.] No close family, so he will be alone with no friends and vulnerable. Need to move to more caring area .
